A project initiated to provide personalized, account-level summaries for Docebo customers.
Origin & Architecture
- Context: Original prototype built in Lovable was insufficient for ~1,000 account scale.
- Leadership: [[Preet Patel]] assigned as lead architect (Jun 26, 2026).
- Architecture: Microsite approach using hashed URLs keyed to Salesforce Account IDs, with data sourced via UnifyApps pipelines.
- Status: As of late June 2026, the business case was pending formal CS leadership approval.
Data Pipeline & Timeline
- Architecture: Snowflake → DynamoDB → App, using pre-calculated KPI tables to ensure consistency with official Docebo figures.
- Data Source: Currently using mock/seed data (sample-data2/).
- Production Cutover: Target for real data ingestion is mid-September 2026 (week 2).
- Key Contacts: [[Marco Gatto]], [[Massimiliano Di Paolo]] (Docebo Data Team).
- Constraint: Current seeded dataset is a temporary stand-in per ADR-003 (deferred Snowflake sync job).
Current Status (as of Aug 13, 2026)
- Authentication: App is not yet behind Okta in production; mock sign-in remains active (Ref: APMT-301).
- Distribution: No CRM/channel integration; CSMs are currently sharing links manually. Two paths are being evaluated: a custom CSM app flow vs. mass generation via HubSpot/Totango.
- Key Alignment: Shaune (CS) is coordinating with Ben Battalia, Taylor, and CS leadership on the distribution strategy.
- Readiness: The codebase has server-side session auth ready (per ADR-004), but full integration is gated by the Okta enablement and the distribution decision.
Future Enhancements (Uncommitted)
- Gong Integration: Evaluating the feasibility of pulling account narrative context from Gong call transcripts into the Wrapped recap. This is currently an exploratory idea being investigated by [[Preet Patel]] and is not scoped, ticketed, or committed to the roadmap (as of Aug 13, 2026).
Jira Tracking
- Project: APMT (AI Operations Project Management Board).
- Parent Ticket: APMT-298 ("Docebo Wrapped").
- Child Tickets:
- APMT-299 (Snowflake connector, In Development).
- APMT-301 (Setup for Okta Auth, In Development).
- APMT-300 (Initial AWS deployment, Done).
- APMT-313 (GitLab CI/CD pipeline, Done).
- Repository: https://gitlab.com/docebo/ai-operations/custom-builds/docebo-wrapped.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Product Owner (CS-side): [[Shaune]] (coordinates distribution strategy with [[Ben Battalia]], [[Taylor]], and CS leadership).
- Engineering Lead: [[Preet Patel]] (sole reporter/assignee for APMT tickets).
- Data Team: [[Marco Gatto]] and [[Massimiliano Di Paolo]] (own Snowflake access, pipelines, and KPI definitions).
Communication & Routing
- Route Snowflake/data questions to Marco and Massimiliano.
- Route CS distribution and rollout questions to Shaune.
- Route build/engineering questions to Preet.
KPI Governance & Data Sources (Aug 31, 2026)
- Governance Process: Preet to provide SQL queries and a metric list via a Confluence page. The BI team ([[Marco Gatto]], [[Massimiliano Di Paolo]], [[Andrea]], [[Stefano Rossi]]) must green-light (confirm) or red-light (cut) each metric before the Dec 31 release.
- Ownership: KPI list is product-owned; Preet is instructed to involve product marketing rather than building bottom-up.
- Data Source: Finalized as read-only access to UnifyApps' new "unified account" data mart (one row per customer, all metrics), replacing the custom Snowflake rebuild plan. (Ref: APMT-298, APMT-299).
Current Status (as of Sep 2026)
- Blocked Status: Formally flagged as blocked/at-risk on the roadmap effective 2026-09-09. Mechanism: Nightly sync triggers red/at-risk status based on Jira (APMT-298) state; elapsed time is charged to blocked days to ensure accurate delivery attribution.
- Blocker Details:
- Okta app provisioning.
- DNA / Snowflake access.
- Metric list and phrasing approval pending.
- Roadmap Enhancement Ideas (Unscoped): Evaluating an Inspire event discount link with source parameter as an attribution KPI (relates to previously logged Success metrics ideas).
